Louis Jadot Fixin 2015 skus_02674 02677 Cabernet Sauvignon has been usedLocated just to the south of Dijon, Fixin is one of the most northerly communes in the Cte de Nuits. Its gentle slopes face due east and the soils are limestone containing a few traces of marl. Fermented in vats for about 4 weeks, the wine is then put into oak barrels for 15 months ageing before bottling. With solid tannic and acidic structure, Fixin is a wine of power, able to mature for five to eight years in the bottle. Pairs well with traditional
