Sterling Silver and 24k Gold Art Deco Style Rainbow Pendant Necklace Charm Necklaces This sterling silver sheep necklaceThis beautiful pendant is inspired by art deco design but has a modern feel. It is made of solid sterling silver with 24k gold leaf applied to the surface. The gold leaf is fused to the sterling silver using a traditional Korean technique called Keum boo. In this process, 24k gold foil is burnished by hand to the surface using heat and a jade tipped tool, leaving the surface shiny, yet subtly textured. It is one of my favorite metalsmithing
