In 1996, Cognac Ferrand's Master Blender, Alexandre Gabriel, had the idea to distill the essence of the region into one perfectly crisp spirit. Thus, the first artisanal gin was born, and it happened to be French! The process starts with the star of the gin: juniper berries, which grow right in front of the Chteau.
