We package five pounds of locally sourced kiln dried Appalachian hardwoods and send it right to your door. Depending on what you prefer, we offer maple, oak, and hickory which is sure to help you add the right flavor to whatever is on your grill. Our hardwoods are typically kiln dried to 6 8% moisture content for one week or longer depending on the species.
