There is excellent volume and an intense minerality present on the broad-shouldered and extract-rich flavors that display a dusty mouth feel on the impressively long and deep finish

Note that this should drink well relatively early on

Ballot Millot, Volnay Santenots other_regions_italy this is richly textured(from young vines situated in Les Plures; this had just been bottled when I tasted it). A background hint of volatile acidity is present on the otherwise pretty and fresh aromas of cherry, raspberry and spice. The sleek, delicious and acceptably concentrated middleweight flavors possess good power and solid length though the firm finish seems somewhat awkward, which may be due to the very recent bottling.
