This pouch works great as a dump pouch for magazines, important evidence, or intel. The bottom of the stacker roll away has a large grommet for drainage in any environment. At the top of the pouch is an elastic draw cord with cord lock to close the opening. The roll away lid can close both inside and outside the main pouch body.
