The key to this style of the wine is derived from: a perfect harmony between the three components: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay; the use of top quality fruit: the vast majority originates from either Grands Crus or Premiers Crus. Equally important is the fact that the company seldom allows other juice than first pressings
