Beauroy is a 1er Cru on Chablis's left bank, west of the Serein, with the cool exposure and Kimmeridgian limestone that give the wines their telltale tension. This bottling sees only a touch of older oak; the fruit, the chalk, and the sea shell snap of the soil do the
