L'Ecole No. 41 Chenin Blanc Old Vines 2018 Bottle:1 textured mid-palateThis fresh and vibrant Chenin Blanc shows highly expressive aromatics of citrus blossom, passion fruit, pink grapefruit, and peach with flavors of yellow apple and pear on a crisp dry finish. The fruit for this wine is drawn from three old vine sites, most notably Upland Vineyard, on Snipes Mountain, planted 1979. It has classic chenin aromas of grass and wool, with broad pear and mildly salty flavors. It needs air and food to open up; pour it with a
