2023 Clonakilla Murrumbateman Pinot Noir 750ml Barossa resolved yet persistent tanninsThe Pinot is lovingly made in tiny quantities. Its a blend of fruit from vines on the T&L block (clones 777, 115, 667, Abel, Pommard) and the old, unidentified clone planted by John Kirk at Clonakilla in 1978. The 2023 vintage was the third cool growing season in a row and our latest harvest in over a decade. The spring in particular was cool and wet and the vines were slow to get going. Some genuine warmth finally arrived towards the end of summer
