Its made from exceptionally ripe grapes grown in a low yield, unirrigated vineyard in the hills near the Nemea wine region, where vines thrive in shallow clay and lime rich soils. The grapes are hand harvested in 20 kilogram boxes, cooled before vinification, and soaked for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks at low
