de Montille, Volnay Taillepieds Vintage:2023 (90-92)/2023+Historically, this may be the most under rated wine in the de Montille portfolio with its ripe, airy and ultra pure nose of mineral suffused red pinot fruit that is in perfect keeping with the finely detailed, layered and firm medium bodied flavors that are sweet, fresh and vibrant, all wrapped in a youthfully austere finish that exudes that wonderful quality of underlying tension.
