All around that central image, there are 33 names and goshuin red stamps of sacred places. The base of this scroll features a beautiful blue floral pattern. Kakejiku is a Japanese picture or calligraphy mounted on a piece of paper. Kakejiku was a tool to spread Buddhism in Japan. It has been integrated with
