Dominant aromas of black fruits, blackcurrant and blackberry. The palate is full and long, with silky and elegant tannins. It is a full bodied and complex wine. This wine is best drunk at a temperature between 16 and 17C. Open the bottle half an hour before serving to better appreciate the different components. Best accompanied by white meats and roast poultry. The harvest is 100%
