I took an old Antique Victorian die cut (genuine) and placed it upon a round of blue satin that has a ring of silver grey tinsel - the same trim acts as the hanger to the decoration

Velvet & Celluloid Pin Cushion with Antique French Ribbonwork Trim potted plants Blank back for personalizationDating to the 1920s 1930s or so, here's a pin cushion featuring a celluloid base, blue velvet cushion and a length of French rococo ribbon sealing the edge where the cushion and plastic meet. The velvet has a lot of the nap missing and perhaps a new piece of velvet is in order but as it is, the piece is a wonderful bit of Art Deco vanity. Height is about 1 3 4"; width is about 3". Very nice condition with just some light marks to the celluloid I did
