Ron Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23 Rum 40% 70cl Baldoria Palate: Naturally we will getRon Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23 Rum 40% 70cl Nose: Sweet demerara sugar cubes, some dark fruits, Dates and Fig, spiced candy and dried fruits with some polished oak. Palate: Rich with a soft caramel and toffee, some chocolate coated Dates, soft ripe plumbs and spiced fruit cake. A slight sweet smoke note come in toward the finish, with spics and more dark rich fruits and a little dry edge its a superb balance of flavours.
