The piece was originally an 18k gold brooch (circa 1900) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold bail. The piece measures 1. 4 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1 inch wide, and it is in very good condition with light surface wear. Materials: 14k gold, Diamond, sapphire.
