The architecture of the canopy over the tracks is quite interesting and on a sunny day I headed down to this area

This picture from Reno was taken in 2011 when the area was getting plenty of moisture including nearby Lake Tahoe with record snowfall

As I parked my car at Sloans Lake

I found a spot which would give me the repeating rows as well as a view of the sky in this image which I am sure won't be one of the last I take from this area

On the way back I stopped by Rocky Mountain Lake Park and walked near the lake. With some nice afternoon sunlight and the change of seasons on a nice fall day in Denver, I photographed near the lake.
