Medium to full bodied,displaying a sumptuous creamy texture, ripe black fruits,well integrated tannins and good acidity. Made with 100% Tinto Fino (local name for the Tempranillo grape) from low yielding vines of approx. 15 years of age. Hand harvested, careful sorting of the grapes and destemmed before fermentation. Aged 6 months in
