Birds of New York books on accessoriesIn 1910 and 1914, a two volume study of New York's native birds was issued as part of the State Museum's annual report. A vast catalog of hundreds of species, the survey was illustrated by Louis Agassiz Fuertes (18741927), a rising star in scientific bird studies.
