18K Gold Amethyst Napoleon III Pendant Earrings, Antique French Statement Earrings c. 1880 fileuse_earrings as the gold fill createsThese breathtaking antique French amethyst pendant earrings were created in the second half of the 19th century and feature a large oval amethyst embedded with a gold flower and seed pearl surrounded by a halo of crown prongs. They are affixed to a top round amethyst sleeper which is also embedded with a natural seed earl. Not detachable, the bottom hangs beautifully from the top and is fixed securely. They are made in the Archaeological Revival style
