Housed in a former Firestone location with a unique zig zag roof, the fine tuned focus on flavor made Bib's a destination for lunch and dinner. Pitmaster Mark Little's family recipes and his iconic bib overalls inspired both the name and the menu. He has often described his unique approach to 'que as "not Eastern
