The foam pad has seen some use but is not showing serious wear

Condition is good with ageing across the case in the form of the pitting of the surface that is common with these pedals

There is some minor scratching on the tone selector switches but this is nothing major and does not show up in the photos

Four buttons control delay time and four buttons are for Swell which is number of repeats. Will go into wild oscillation if you push the Swell fader up.
